Poor products and not an affable customer service
It's scandalous in this day and age for a bank to charge Account Keeping fees for a Debit Card that uses one's own money. It amounts to a penalty for having a Debit Card. Full review

I love ANZ... I have always felt they have been extremely helpful and when I go into an ANZ branch I am greeted with warm smiles and helped straight away. I am also very pleased with the amount of ANZ ATMs as they are available in almost every suburb or can be accessed by other ATMs. I am also happy with the interest and other things that ANZ offers. As well as the free piggy banks when you sign up! I will definitely stay with ANZ my whole life.

I have complained to them regarding their fees and my big complaint is service every time I go to the bank they are short staffed. I have suggested to them that they get their staff trained at Mcdonalds because when they are busy even the manager ... Full review
I have complained to them regarding their fees and my big complaint is service every time I go to the bank they are short staffed. I have suggested to them that they get their staff trained at Mcdonalds because when they are busy even the manager is on the counter serving if Maccas ever go into banking and call themselves Mcbank they will clean up and all the other banks would go out of business can't you just see Mcbank open 24 hrs good coffee and a feed while you do your banking.
