| Constantly being charged overdrawn fees on direct debits on the same day (at times-it's been a couple of hours) that my husband's wage is transferred in to the account despite being loyal customers for over 7yrs and having spoken to our branch manager and made an agreement that he would waive the fee if we guaranteed to bring the account back in to credit within 24hrs. Despite having to make several complaints, we've been informed that the rules of the BANK have changed and he can no longer do this but neglected to inform US of this. We've also had our Visa card used fraudulently on a couple of occasions and have had to waste precious time & inconvenience physically having to go in to the branch, fill out mounds of paperwork, wait several weeks for it to be processed only to be told that there were no guarantees that our money would be returned and only on one occasion it actually was, but it was almost 6wks and we had to get new cards & go through the added hassle of changing our details with every financial institution we deal with! Not impressed at all and would have already changed banks if we weren't anxious about having to rely on our bank details being chnaged urgently by our employers in time for all of our incomes to be accessible without delays, let alone having to change ALL of our banking details with numerous financial partners!!
