I'm so glad I chose to bank with Bendigo bank , I have no problem with Bendigo ever

Been with bendigo bank for very long time Always have done good by me in the past fixed anything that wasn't right.

They really do treat every Customer as real people. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile to find answers if they don't know at the time. Friendly, informative & so lovely to deal with. Never have to wait long in person or even on the phone. The fully explain everything in simple terms. If they have a better deal or something new comes along that they think will help save us money, then their the first to let us know. Always so pleasant & are always up for a simple friendly chat & a laugh. Definitely the best Bank & people to deal with. Can't rate them high enough for their service, knowledge, thoughtfulness & taking care of us across all areas of our banking from savings, credit, debit or our Mortgage. Have been with them for 20 years & would never change our Bank. I have nver had any negative dealings with them. Their amazing

When perusing my monthly statement I noticed an unusual deduction that had begun to be taken out fortnightly. The bank teller noticed that deduction only had a number and no other required references. She dilligently researched the source to a "Health company" in St Kitts in the Caribbean. I never buy online or have any form of social media so the shock of someone being able to access my account was bewildering, especially in that part of the world. The teller was able to track their activities and block any further access to my account. She ensured my accounts were inaccessible and the best outcome was that Bendigo Bank recovered and restored the money that was stolen. I highly recommend Bendigo Bank because of their outstanding service and diligence to their customers. For many years I had an account with one of the 'bigger' banks. However my experience with Bendigo Bank has been an eye opener.
