There staff go out of there way to help you out with anything whether it being a loan or setting up a new account. They let you know at all stages what is going on and if there is a problem what can be done to assist you with getting your loan quicker. Online is really simple and easy to setup and also to use and they are a lot better then the big 4 banks in all aspects

Community First fees are way to high for me, and now I have moved down the south coast there is no branch near me, they are also somewhat inflexible in taking into account personal circumstances...too rigid in their rules...I prefer to be treated like a person not another 'number' in their scheme of things. Otherwise their service is really good, especially the people at their Penrith NSW branch.

I love my credit union, They don't rush you out the door and then forget about you, you don't have to chase them up for information if they say that they are going to get back to you they do. They are helpful, don't hide advantages to their customers, polite, they get on with their job without making you feel rushed. So I would have to say efficient. You are not just another person, you are a customer, I don't have a lot of money but I am treated the same as someone with less or more money. Everyone appears to be treated with dignity. I left the big banks to go to the credit union.
