I really do like the options and service we have with Suncorp. We love the Debit Card option and use it all the time. Woolworths/Big W are the only business that we use that don't accept payment via the "Credit" option on our Debit Card - this wouldn't have much of an impact on most people, however when I'm working, I work in a remote community so when I make a trip into Alice Springs for a month or more of supplies, I can't do the grocery shop all in one day because there's a $1000 limit on the cash/EFTPOS spend on my card and Woolworths won't let me use the VISA option - it means that I am forced to make two trips or miss out on some shopping altogether. Something that makes life difficult. Not a bank pro or con - more an issue with debit cards and woolworths in general really.

A Bank you can trust!
Suncorp ? I love it ... Started banking with them in 1988. I also opened a savings account for my 13 year old son at the same time and he is still banking with them as CEO of his own company. I love the sub-account idea and the great interest rat... Full review
Suncorp ? I love it ... Started banking with them in 1988. I also opened a savings account for my 13 year old son at the same time and he is still banking with them as CEO of his own company. I love the sub-account idea and the great interest rates... I love the debit card ... I love the proximity of ATMs and banking facilities ... and last but not least I love the great customer service. Also, as I do most of my banking and bill paying via the internet I am rapt with my special internet key "pin number" which changes every 30 seconds. I love Suncorp and would never remove my accounts even if some other bank offered more interest ... Bottom line ? I trust Suncorp.

Branch customer service is excellent; cashiers often try to figure out ways to improve your account with them. ATMs are easy to find. Online banking is easy to understand and use and the use of random number security tags means you can use with co... Full review

I have been with my bank for numerous years, I think their account fees are a little excess, as I don't have access to an ATM of a Branch in the town I currently live in. To access a Branch or ATM I would need to drive 1hr. But it saying all this ... Full review

Very friendly and helpful staff
It is so much better then a credit card. I asked them to reduce the charges for when my account gets accidentally overdrawn, they reduced it from $40 to only $10 by changing something on my account. Full review
