  Awesome personal service from this Bank - they actually called me up when I purchased something from overseas to make sure it was legitimate - not bad. Also their online banking is a pleasure to use: easy navigation, transfers and paying bills is so easy. No real cons - no branches but they have a link with the CBA so no worries and the Pros are too much to add more to here. Simply put: a good, old fashioned bank with great customer service.

  It's not the biggest, but they give you free withdrawals from your account which is handy because I deal in cash. Their staff are *immensely* helpful and always see you straight away, no appointment needed, and can offer advice without messing aro...       Full review 

  It's not the biggest, but they give you free withdrawals from your account which is handy because I deal in cash. Their staff are *immensely* helpful and always see you straight away, no appointment needed, and can offer advice without messing around. They all know their products and their jobs really well. Catch is, they only have the one office, so if you don't happen to live nearby you likely won't get to experience that as conveniently as I do. They also keep track of your online payments with a handy SMS service, which given that I am sometimes lazy about using PayPal to make sure the site I'm buying off is secure can be a real godsend.   Joining Victoria Teachers Credit Union is the best decision I have ever made. They really look after you and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The interest rates, fees, and charges are excellent. They don't provide any gimmicky rewards or extras and that is fine with me. Internet banking is a breeze to use and you are able to manage credit cards, everyday and savings accounts in one location. I would recommend them to anyone.
