These guys are great. Easy to use secure online banking account. No flash or javascript vulnerabilitlies, just straight up 2 factor authentication. Might not be the cheapest but they're friendly Australian english speking staff that answer all your questions. Reviewed 14 days ago

Jules from Queensland, a mecu bank account customer. 9Overall Rating
Pros: No recurring fees. Reasonable interest rates. Improved access to fee-free ATMs recently. Intuitive and fast internet banking. Friendly and consistent customer service, especially at branches. Competitive range of products. I have been a loyal customer of MECU for 10 years because I have been so impressed with the available products and service that nearly all my fiduciary needs are met by this credit union at significantly less cost overall compared to nearly all other banks. Cons: Branch access can be problematic and difficult to locate sometimes when making initial face-to-face contact, due to their location on large university campuses and [sometimes] limited office hours. Worth the effort, however. Reviewed 15 days ago

Rowan from Victoria, a mecu bank account customer. 10Overall Rating
I can't fault MECU on any of the banking products I use, except the cost of international transfers where they use Travelex as their supplier. Their customer service is first rate, they make you feel like part of their 'family' and are so much more user-friendly than the majors. An outstanding feature is their commitment to the environment, where they have been very impressive. Reviewed 21 days ago
