I used to drive Taxi's and I'll let you in on a secret. We rarely tell customers things are great. Primarily because you never know if someone is sizing you up for a robbery. I've had days when I was so busy I hadn't even had time to eat lunch. A customer would get in , ask about my day and my standard response was, "its been a quiet day".
