		<description>Well, Mr. Fridman, what would be nice would be if you didn&#039;t increase your rates ONLY for existing customers, you know, the one&#039;s locked in with huge penalties. While keeping your advertised rates lower. What percentage of your customers actually pay the rates you advertise? Not many, isn&#039;t that the truth?</description>

And the impression I get from our customers is that people are still looking for alternatives to the banks in reasonable numbers.</description>
