        Very disappointed with this product. Initially they had quite competitive interest rates which is important in a credit card. However the customer service is no good. Unhelpful, unsupportive, strict. Everything you don't want in customer service. ...       Full review 

        Very disappointed with this product. Initially they had quite competitive interest rates which is important in a credit card. However the customer service is no good. Unhelpful, unsupportive, strict. Everything you don't want in customer service. Quite disappointed to be honest. Fees are also just ridiculous. If payment is one day late a fee almost as big as our monthly payment is added on. So hard to keep ontop of when we rely on one income and wage sometimes comes a little later than when credit card payment is due.

        The only reason i got a good interest rate was because i was going to leave ANZ and go somewhere else. I had to go into the bank to close my account before they did anything. It seems the staff help people differently - the person on the phone when ringing up about a lower rate wouldn't help me (even though i have been with ANZ for over 25 years), the person at the bank did help and gave me a lower interest rate.

        I have been with commonwealth bank before and have received quite awful service, and been with ANZ for quite some time, and every time I contact them, they are the best, going for home loan with them soon, mainly due to service they provide.       Full review
