  Very inflexible when trying to set up Platinum card. Was told I was not eligible do to income (retired). Was able to list assets of approx. $4 million, including close to $1 million super untouched. I would have good credit rating, one mortgage($90,000 owing on property valued at $500,000) on investment property. Husband still working part-time earning approx. $90,000 pa. All of this was listed on initial application. Given Frequent Flyer Gold with credit limit of only $5,000. Not sufficient for 2 people so charged when limit exceeded.Twelve months on offered card originally applied for! Reviewed about 3 hours ago
