With the dual functionality of a linked Visa and American Express, earning extra rewards has never been easier. I can earn 3 points for every dollar spent on Amex, and if Amex isn't available then I get 1.5 points on my Visa. Simple! Full review

I figured most banks were the same and most cards comparable, until recently when I had been ripped off by TVP direct who were not giving me my refund after months of calls etc. I lodged a credit card dispute and was amazed at the efficiency and helpfulness of ANZ who got my money back for me. Impressed? YEP!! I am a bit of a "bank dis-liker" so it was great to have a positive personal experience. Credit cards are part of our everyday life, so people should choose one that offers this type of security and customer service.

They are not underwriters to other smaller less independent institutions and are not accountable to others apart from themselves. I like these institutions ANZ for those primary reasons, also that being independent, they are not tied to the reserve bank.

I love my ANZ credit card, I never pay interest as I put my pay on to it and use it all the time. I like the reward option as well ,it could be a little better,but it is still good with some specials. The customer service and support is excellent.... Full review

They should be very aware of the date each month that the bank charges interest on its free overload: they aren't keen on you running a positive balance on the credit card either, for obvious reasons. They did however try to ring me and ask for ve... Full review
They should be very aware of the date each month that the bank charges interest on its free overload: they aren't keen on you running a positive balance on the credit card either, for obvious reasons. They did however try to ring me and ask for verification when a large amount of money was suddenly transferred to some American swindle, and recovered the money not too long afterwards.

The service was not particularly good when trying to cancel the card they kept charging me on interest rates for a very long time after I had already cancelled it. Was not impressed with having to keep phoning the ANZ company when my local branch told me they could not cancel it for me.
