BankWest
BankWest is the bank best known for its Happy Banking initiative, which aims to make banking a more positive experience. Originally from Western Australia, BankWest has attracted thousands of customers around the country with its competitively priced products such as the TeleNet Saver account.

| BankWest, albeit far, far away from most of civilisation, are wonderful! Their customer service (phone and any branch I have ever been into) is amazing. They have the most helpful staff who really know their stuff. Although I've been in a queue on the phone and yes, it's frustrating, my frustrations quickly dwindle once a proud representative of BankWest answers my call. The product I have reviewed is a low rate Mastercard. GREAT! Low fees (and they don't just say that!), an easy website to use and I've never felt like my business isn't enough for them. They have never tried to ram home loans etc down my throat with empty promises of being able to look after all my financial needs. All I have with them is a credit card and I'm happy with that.
