If you ever try and leave they will default as punishment. They will make vague statements regarding process of termination. Promise to return calls and dont. Pass you from department to department. Such a shame as up until then I had little to complain about. All I want to do was close the account. Now I've got a Black mark against my credit file that they wont remove even though they agree I dont owe them a cent.
