        This account was established through a balance transfer - the interest rate beyond that period has been ridiculous with no option to change to a lower rate. They harass beyond belief on any overdue payments - calling on weekends - even Sundays! calling at night! and asking the same questions every time about my address and my work number. I am completely over this company and will be delighted when my account is paid off and I can cancel the card! Never use Citibank!
