        I am a student and don't have much money, so it's nice being able to use a credit card and not have to worry about fees. Sure you don't get many (or any) features but meh, it's free so I like it.       Full review

        This is my favourite of all the Banks I hold accounts with. Being a student I don't have to pay annual fees and charges which is a great advantage. I have been very fortunate to get a $5000 credit limit which gives me extra confidence in case I ever need to pay for costly purchases and/or arrange easy quick payment for my enormous monthly bills. Customer service is outstanding and the credit card department never failed to please me by demonstrating proficiency and in depth analysis and understanding of their customers' overall credit card transaction and payment history. However, it would be worthwhile for the bank to set up fast, accurate and efficient credit card tracking facilities where customers can keep record of exactly how much they are spending, how much they owe and the due date for payment on a daily basis. Instant credit card transitions are likely to keep customers feel 100% content. Moreover, flexible cash withdrawals opportunities and competitive balance transfer rates would make banking more economical and convenient where we dont have to worry and hesitate to withdraw cash for emergency purposes. Interest on international transactions or purchases overseas should also be lowered to make leisure, travelling and shopping for customers more enjoyable.
