The Go Mastercard is your standard credit card with a rewards program. The interest rates are very high, but as there is a 62-day interest-free period on all purchases, if you are the sort of person who pays off your credit card every month then you will pay no interest. The rewards program is quite good, with a large range of products available for purchase with points. I have only had to call customer service once, and my query was promptly and politely answered.

My overall experience with the product has been a positive one. It's accepted everywhere and has good online access. There are also plenty of interest-free promotions which can be accessed using this card (subject to approval, of course). The only thing people may wish to consider is that the Harvey Norman group get a cut every time this card is used for interest-free purchases, regardless of whether the store is connected to HN or not. Overall, good product, been happy with it for 5 years+

This product has proven to be a money trap and I would highly recommend people avoid it if at all possible. It is difficult to resist the allure of having something on interest free but the trap is that it's not just an account, it's also a credit card that gives you access to ongoing credit and I have found that even if you're a conservative spender, it is still possible to use that card for just one thing - which then turns into more. Their cards rates are one of the highest I have seen around for everyday spending and unless you have a lot of self-control it is a disaster

High interest rate, good for 24 months interest free, if you pay it off before the term, otherwise watch out! Full review
