        I have been banking with HSBC for 14 years. They rip me off. For my loyalty I get nothing. Their interest is always one of the most expensive. Recently I have found myself in financial difficulty, I asked for help and advice and they were cold and useless. As soon as I have cleared my debt with them I will cancel my account.

        I can use my card around the world, it is accepted everywhere. Their call centre employs intelligent and friendly people and matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently. As a Premier customer I pay no annual fee and the reward system allows me total freedom to choose how I want to spend my points - all in all an excellent product!
