        Sounds good but delivers little

        The Jetstar Mastercard sounded very appealing at the sign up because rewards for free flights and Jetstar dollars sounded enticing. But even though I have racked up close to $20k using the card, no flights or juicy bits have been forthcoming.       Full review

        Average product let down by poor customer service.

        They never reply in writing to complaints, and certainly take their time in replying at all. Speak to different people, and you get different answers. Very average service. When you finally do earn a Jetstar voucher, it is sent without request, ...       Full review 

        They never reply in writing to complaints, and certainly take their time in replying at all. Speak to different people, and you get different answers. Very average service. When you finally do earn a Jetstar voucher, it is sent without request, but with a three month expiry - so it can expire before you get a chance to use it. The product is not too bad, but let down by people.
