        It is easy to use and i have not had any major problems with them as a whole. When they thought there was something strange going on with my card, they contacted me to confirm it was me using it and not someone else. i found this very re-assuring.       Full review

        Newcastle Permanent Value Plus Credit Card is the one I chose because of it's competitive and low interest rate. The brand is very trusted and the staff are always great at whatever branch you visit. They are always friendly and down-to-earth which is important in the Hunter Region to attract and maintain customers. I have been over my limit and not had the cash to pay my minimum balance for a few months in the past, and they let it slide. I had phone calls but they were very understanding as I was starting my business. They have earned my loyalty and business.
