We have had this card for some years and have had little problem with it - any small one ie querying a debit have been answered in full and promptly. Recently we had an anuathorized debit that was attended to in very short time to our satisfaction... Full review

This bank is absolutely awesome... Yes I find them brilliant, never a wrong amount, or a credit card item that shouldn't be there. Have had occasion to check on a credit card purchase, and they could not be better in the reply, next day in post. ... Full review

My advice overall, always, always go through and check out your credit card statement first...

I dislike Westpac & any other organisation that rips clients off & credit card interest rates are a prime example. We should all leave organisations that reduce the Australian work force and employ overseas workers, all in the name of corporate greed & the mighty share holder. None of us mind paying a fair price for a fare product and we appreciate the need for a good strong, stable banking system but none of the major banks deserve our support. Let us get behind the local credit unions.

They don't rate you as important, only your money is. When a customer gets into financial difficulties through lack of work and cannot meet the payments due to such a high interest rate, they outsource your credit card to an outsider who has an eq... Full review

When a customer gets into financial difficulties through lack of work and cannot meet the payments due to such a high interest rate, they outsource your credit card to an outsider who has an equal if not higher rate. This puts an extra burden on the customer because they just want their money at whatever the cost.
