Woolworths is a relatively late player to the credit card party but it sure knows how to make an entrance. The Woolworths Everyday Rewards Qantas credit card offers a $0 annual fee for the first 12 months with a generous rewards program with Qantas. This credit card also has a 5000 Qantas frequent flyer point bonus when you sign up, which sweetens the deal.
Key features: The Woolworths Everyday Rewards impresses with its $0 annual fee for the first 12 months. Keep in mind that the annual fee reverts to $89 after the first year but this is on the low side for a rewards credit card.
While the balance transfer rate of 5.99% for 6 months is not the lowest balance transfer rate around, the card's other features like direct $1 to 1 Qantas points earnings (at any retailer, not just Woolworths) and 55 interest free days make it a good overall rewards card.
You can also earn bonus points by purchasing selected Qantas products and services on the Woolworths Everyday Rewards. Points aren't capped and you'll receive a sign on bonus of 5000 Qantas frequent flyer points if you apply before 29th February 2012. Keep in mind that points are automatically credited to Qantas Frequent Flyer points so you'll need to be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
Who it's good for: With it’s $0 introductory annual fee and excellent rewards program, the Woolworths Everyday Rewards Qantas Credit card is not just a credit card for the loyal Woolworths shopper, it's great for anyone who wants rewards value for their everyday spending.
Any catches? This is not a card that forgives occasional lapses in budget diligence. If you go over the credit limit or make late payments, be prepared to be stung by a $35 fee.
As points are redeemed directly through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program you will need a membership which is a one off cost of $82.50. And just be aware that rewards points will expire if your card has not been earned or redeemed points for 18 months. But if you plan to use the Woolworths Everyday Rewards Card as your main credit card this shouldn't be a concern.

I have used the Woolies Everyday Money card for a number of years now, and have NEVER enjoyed benefits like the ones I receive from this product. Receiving on average twice a year, a gift voucher to the value of over $150 just for using their card is, finally, a win for the consumer! THANK YOU WOOLIES EVERYDAY MONEY (and Qantas!)

Woolworths is Australia’s biggest retail group. In 2008, Woolworths launched the Everyday Money Credit Card to reward customers who shop in Woolworths group stores. Woolworths chief executive Michael Luscombe says the card was designed to meet customer demand for “simple, easily achievable and useful rewards”. The Woolworths Everyday Money MasterCard offers 2 points for every dollar spent on purchases in stores operated by the Woolworths group and 1 point for every dollar spent on other purchases. Cardholders can also earn 3 points for every dollar spent on Woolworths Select brand purchases.
