Credit Card is charged at the highest percentage rate and as far as putting a limit on your credit card, you may as well speak to a brick wall because they allow you to get yourself in trouble and go way over your credit limit without phoning you or writing you a letter. Pathetic on their behalf but "they will look after you".

This product charges a mega amount of interest. Even if you pay off the designated amount each month there is always some fee that applies. I find this product too expensive for the awards offered. Even the awards are not that special. Some are in the form of products and they are already superceeded in the market place by others yet the points asked do not reflect this. Overall I find this credit card less than what I need or want.

This card has not cost me one cent and has very helpful customer service. When I was worried about internet web site direct debiting they helped me and reassured me. I had a fee waived once when I made a late payment. I will never change this bank... Full review
