ANZ unveils investment home loan
Thursday 23 July 2009ANZ has this week launched a new mortgage product targeting property investors looking to simplify their repayments by bundling home loans together in a single credit limit.
The new ANZ Portfolio allows investors to manage up to 12 mortgages under one facility. The bank has developed the product to help people build their assets easily over a long period of time.
General manager Michael Bock said that since the onset of the financial crisis, many people have become keen on the relative safety of investing in bricks and mortar.
"We developed ANZ Portfolio to better meet the needs of property investors who are familiar with the market and want to invest for the long term. It’s a simple, convenient solution," he continued.
In April, ANZ became the proud owner of two Canstar Cannex Awards, celebrating its expertise and success in product innovation.
The group won the awards for the Online Investment Account and SmartyPig, its leading online savings account.
