The package with the credit card and the equity manager is good and my dealing with the mortgage franchisee was great. what we find frustrating however is ANZ are not passing on the rate cuts and for a struggling family this is a bitter pill to swallow. Of course the initial transaction is important that it over in weeks - compared to the years that you hold a mortgage it is irrelevant. It's all very well that the tag line is "we live in your world" I am yet to see the evidence that they do!
