        We have just refinanced our current home loan with anz. The customer service is exceptional. You are treated as an individual, the local branch manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, explained everything in great detail to us and made us feel very comfortable. The anz rates are very competitive and you can review your rate at any time, they will match a rate that is cheaper than theirs should you find one once your loan is approved. I have already recommended anz to two family members and thay have also since changed to anz. A great banking experience that is second to none. They have given me confidence in the banks again.
