        I have no objection to the Bank no matter WHO! making a profit. That is why they are in the game! However!, I object to the manner in which they treat their customers as PAWNS. If the bank is going to or has the intention to raise or even lower their rates then I expect they would give me notice prior and not be told by the media. They have the advantage. They ask us to use email for Statements etc. This is supposed to saving costs. Do I see these cost savers. NO! I pay using my Ink, paper etc and they pocket the savings. Yes! I am also a share holder of a bank and also object to the way they treat their customers (me Included) at share time. They don't have to give themselves pay rises, I could see customers seeing the bank in a different light if the SO CALLED EXPERTS looked at the customers and I am sure the customer would start coming to the bank. Thus, all would be rewarded with fare and equitable service. be it customer related, Financial Transaction Loans etc etc. One feels that, if you look after your customers, the rest will follow in not only praise but financial rewards to the bank service. Thank you

Since then I have been charged extra fees and charges and I have had to call them every week to get a refund. Now they tell me a different story to what they said when I signed the new contract. I have to call them over and over for every single thing. Not flexible at all. Extremely slow service.
