At the initial stage, the manager of the branch that came out was helpful, but afterward, when I found myself in difficulty there was no help and when I sold and re-bought a complete debacle with contracts being wrong and payout figure charged for fees that I shouldn't have had. It was only through contacting the Head office in Queensland and going through the Ombudsman was it sorted. The bank manager is great and they have always helped me even when other banks proved difficult - also because of the type of bank that they are.
