| My Bank of Queensland is just down the road. When I have a question I just need to phone and I can speak with the manager straight away. My manager contacted me when he knew that the interest rates were going up so that I could fix my interest rate with was a very low rate. It saved me thousands of dollars. | Its great to be able to walk into the bank and be known, its the same staff every week. We deal with the bank manager for almost all transactions, it makes me feel like im MORE than just a number. | I have nothing but praise for the bank themselves and in particular the service. When consulting them on any bank related matters they 'bend over backwards'. The only thing I find a bit lacking is the lack of branches in rural areas. Reviewed 14 days ago |
