        We have a Queenslander account with BoQ, which enables us to re-draw on our mortgage any extra cash we have paid in and our monthly account access fees are waved. We also have an off-set saving account that allows the money in our savings to be taken into account when calculating the interest/payment due on the mortgage. They also have very accessible ATM's across the state which saves us bank charges.

You deal with the same people that you know and trust with everyday banking,loans,etc. The Home Loan Privileges Package offers Application and monthly account fees, waived. An interest rate discount of up to 0.09% on home loans. With this you also get the option of a Blue Visa card or Platinum Visa card and the annual fee is waived.

        Product is fine and probably no different from other products of a similar nature. However I love personal and professional service from the staff and bank manager/owner of the branch. Because he is owner/manager, he has a vested interest in retaining customers. Clients do not feel like numbers who do not matter. It's amazing how things like a fraction of a % difference do not matter once you have exceptional service.

        Frustrating when trying to change parties on loan.
