| They seem to forget to tell you about the fees and any extra charges, then mail you two different statements with extra charges. That leaves me to call them to tell them what mistakes have been made! Frustrating. Reviewed 14 days ago |

| It's very easy to sign up for an the process was not complicated to understand. When you log onto online banking, you can clearly see your accounts displayed. The format is excellent. They also offer a better rate than most banks and they flexible with their progress payments. They have made a normally frustrating process a very very easy one.
