About Bankwest

BankWest is the bank best known for its Happy Banking initiative, which aims to make banking a more positive experience. You can pay extra into your account, and remove overpayments at the press of a button over internet banking.   This product has zero ongoing fees which is fantastic! The service in store is always very good and the staff are always happy to not only help, but explain the products in ways that are easy to understand. The call centre on the other hand is a little hit and miss. This product is comparable to a few other banks, however I feel there customer service wins me over. Its not every day you see a bank not only open late on a Thursday night (9pm), but 7 days a week!
