        Citibank is a good bank. It is difficult that there are no physical branches to go to for everyday needs. Meaning you have to use the NAB etc. They are very polite and try and be helpful, but with their call centres being overseas, sometimes you cannot get what you want answered. But at the same time I have no major complaint against them.
