I Like this product as it has been suited to our specific needs. The loan is under my husbands name but full access has been legally given to both of us through signed paper work. Also they have tailored the interest rate and deals to suit our specific needs including both of our input/ opinions. Will sit down and give us friendly, personalised service which is professional but inviting. No time limits for decision making.

Dislike the interest rate rises and they also increased our repayments by $300 as they said they had reassesed our repayments and we were not paying enough to pay it back in time.

The Newcastle branch offers excellent customer service but other branches I have worked with and the home loans department in general has left me frustrated on a number of occasions.
