        I love the fact that they offer a 3 year economiser rate. It's perfect for your first mortgage. I also like the fact that it has a redraw facility attached to it, which means I can keep our savings in there and save on interest. I don't like it w...       Full review 

        I love the fact that they offer a 3 year economiser rate. It's perfect for your first mortgage. I also like the fact that it has a redraw facility attached to it, which means I can keep our savings in there and save on interest. I don't like it when the interest rate drops but they don't automatically adjust your repayment, or give you the option to do this on the Internet, you actually have to call up to change your repayments.

Deal sealed by following through on assurances given. The product pro is that you can budget for 3 years knowing what your outlay is the con is $50 fee for redraw.
