        Their communication is terrible. They will not help out if you are struggling with repayments. We ended up taking them to the ombudsman because of an error they made and they wanted us to pay for it, in the end we won the case. We are changing banks.       Full review

        I like this product because I know for the next 15 years my home loan repayments will always be the same. The only thing is there is no redraw allowed. However if you have credit on the account, you can stop paying weekly until you're out of credit.       Full review
