The no-fee variable home loan is a good product having moved over to it from the rate-saver home loan. It is slightly under the variable rate and is a good option. However, Commonwealth has yet to win back my trust after they raised their home loan rates some time ago when the Reserve Bank did not. Commonwealth didn't just raise their rates they were embarrassingly and greedily raised at a time of financial difficulty for most. Very uncool.
