        You're mortgage will go down quicker. After changing to the Viridian we noticed more was paid back in a year than the variable home loan we had. You need to pay everything you possibly can with credit card so you don't take much money from the bank and pay the credit card fully on time and you will definitely get your mortgage down quickly. Not for people who like to spend and run up credit & pay it off - will not work to get the mortgage down

        When comparing all costs, incurred this bank came out in front and suited my needs. Difficulties arose with other banks/providers as the initial loan was for the purchase of land. This bank met all my needs. The staff that I have dealt with have been exceptional in explaining processes and providing assistance to ensure my accounts were set up to best suit my requirements. Having had limited previous experience in managing my accounts on line I have found the process extremely 'user friendly'.
