This loan account works for us because it gives us the flexibility of paying the loan as quickly as we are able. With every cent that we earn contributing to cutting down interest charges. The only catch is that you need to be budget savvy, as it is a line of credit which can be drawn on it is quite easy to spend and redraw rather than pay off the loan.

This helps minimise the interest paid. Discipline is required however to reduce the principal loan amount by not continually drawing down funds.
