They don't assist the layperson in understanding how to save money, and they will continue along a path to their advantage unless the borrower challenges that. Poor bank to deal with if you live anywhere but in the Illawarra. Was linked to them by a finance broker, but IMB were difficult to deal with and had lots of charges and rules on their loans and accounts – Warren from New South Wales, an IMB home loan customer.   Reviewed 3 months ago
