I was a little hesitant at first, but after talking to MyRate via phone and email I found their customer service to be excellent. Their products are straight-forward and no-nonsense offerings but the reward is the low rates and no application fees. Have just recently received a MyRate home loan. I almost went with the NAB for my mortgage but now I'm very glad I didn't. Firstly, MyRate offers a much better deal in terms of significantly lower rates & fees. Secondly, the assistance that the MyRate representative provided was excellent. He was very well-informed and was invariably friendly and helpful. Rick was easy to contact either by phone or email (unlike the people at NAB), and always responded to my inquiries promptly. This was an important factor in my decision to switch to MyRate. The mortgage, First Home Owners grant application and the settlement details were subsequently organized very efficiently.
