      Be careful with variable rate with Myrate!

      Be careful with myrate, as i'm an existing myrate customrer, the interest rate that they are charging me for my variable home loan is higher than what they are advertising!!! That is, they are advertising for 6.45% variable home load interest r...       Full review 

      Be careful with myrate, as i'm an existing myrate customrer, the interest rate that they are charging me for my variable home loan is higher than what they are advertising!!! That is, they are advertising for 6.45% variable home load interest rate and they are actually charing me 6.64%! I ring up and ask, they reply that the rate they are charging me depends on the period i sign up to the loan. So if you sign up today for example with 6.45%, as variable interest rate account they can adjust any time they like in the future!!! This is more so with today's load provider, they adjust rate independent of RBA and they review it at their leisure. Recent RBA o.5% reduction, they only passed o.3%!!!
