Rates are too high but the local branch staff are
It is not only this product, but the NAB overall. There is no communication when you ask for something, as the staff change often. My branch is in the city and it's difficult to get to. Full review

Nab: Have a mass produced product. One size fits all. They offer customer service ( I had a personal banker) but they change staff faster than I could keep abreast of them. The online banking system is slow and very difficult to use. The security features built into the system work that well that if you make a mistake you can be out of pocket for three months before your funds are returned. When I tried to refinance with another company Nab made it extremely difficult by not informing us of all the forms they required at the one time then saying they were incomplete only after we chased them for reassurance they had been processed. Time delay caused by Nab cost me an extra $2700 in fees and solictors charges.
