Straight forward, easy refinancing.

Supportive and helpful
Pro was that they were prepared to lend us more than any other bank, this has allowed us to get into our own home. Con would be that this being the case we lost a lot of our power of negotiation to start with. Full review

For my first home loan it was a pretty easy bank to deal with. They were happy to explain everything. 1 year down, 29 to go lol!!!! Full review
