We changed banks from another big lender to the NAB. Recently due to illness for myself and a career change for my partner we were approved for a Hardship Period for both our home loan and also credit cards as we were unable to meet our monthly commitments. The NAB bank were understanding, compassionate and really looked after us. I have no hesitation in giving the NAB the THUMBS UP for service and a fabulous product!

We made the choice with the product, with confidence as we were supplied with enough information and guidance. While the product isn't as competitive as others at the moment, we were well aware of this. Our local NAB branch has been very helpful both in service and suggestions that didn't feel as though they were just trying to sell a product to meet a quota - more so based on a particular staff members own experience. We haven't felt at any stage that we have been misinformed. Overall I have confidence that our questions are answered appropriately and know what to expect from our choices with regards to this product or any others. Not a bad review really for a big bank, but that is my experience with NAB. Perhaps our local branch is just better than most?
