The staff are very friendly & helpful whatever the query is. The bank is a mutual bank which means that it is owned by its members - you! Therefore not driven by concerns for investor shareholders & the benefits can be passed on to members. They are a growing bank & seem to be very solid. Not interested in merging with other banks just for the sake of it - only if the members would benefit. Also open on Saturday mornings. A great alternative to the Big (Gang of) 4 :)

The Police & Nurses Home Loan has allowed me to have flexibility but still with security in my life. I have been able to reduce my mortgage but still have access to funds in an emergency. I am yet to find a bank or credit society that doesn't get you in one way or another in fees, so with this in mind, just do you homework and work out what best suits your needs.
