        RAMS are quick to pass on the interest rate reduction that is released by the Reserve Bank of Australia. They keep customers well informed about changes to payments, interest rates, policy, and anything else that is related to their institution. They send out Christmas cards, and cards of congratulations when a significant milestone is reached - especially where buying or building a first home is concerned. They make every effort to include the customer in matters pertaining to the product that they have purchased. For people who only have 5% of the principal amount that they wish to borrow, RAMS is the way to go. They are the best institution for people who want to get a start in life.
