        We have had 3 properties, and have used Westpac home loans each time. The staff are easily accessible, and are willing to go the 'extra mile'. For example - we had to clean out my uncle's house once he had died, and had piles of dirty old coins. T...       Full review 

        We have had 3 properties, and have used Westpac home loans each time. The staff are easily accessible, and are willing to go the 'extra mile'. For example - we had to clean out my uncle's house once he had died, and had piles of dirty old coins. The girls in the bank, the manager and ourselves spent an age sorting and bagging them. Nothing is too hard, or that is how they make it seem. We purchased our first house 30 years ago, with a different bank. Within one year we had changed to a Westpac home loan, and never looked back. Thank you Westpac.
