I have banked here my whole life from when I left school till into my forties and I apply for a personal loan and was turned down. This does not make sense because from there I went and applied at a bank I have had no dealings with and I got my personal Loan. The personal load product itself is very competitive and good however the length of time it took to get set up almost made me change banks.
