| I asked for personel loan to pay off credit card, as I have had an accident and used it to much. They refused. They are only interested in getting interest on credit card. Not on your welfare. Reviewed 14 days ago |

| It is not necessarily the product , but the business banker that was involved, does not return call it has taken over 9 weeks to get to this stage which is not complete as of today. Once this is complete I will call a meeting with the branch Manager and ask to be moved to another business banker or I will be shopping around other banks. I have been with this bank for more than 25years, they are holding two of my titles on commercial property with an outstanding amount of $220K, more than enough equity for them.
