      AMP should not put their savings product in the market. There is no branch in Melb, poor internet security, no SMS authentication or verification. Interbank transaction will have to wait overnight. Transaction interest rate is ok, but the overdraf...       Full review 

      AMP should not put their savings product in the market. There is no branch in Melb, poor internet security, no SMS authentication or verification. Interbank transaction will have to wait overnight. Transaction interest rate is ok, but the overdraft fee is horrible, $40 per transaction. Not recommended to anyone.

      Not the bank for everyone as they have few if any branches and nearly all transactions are done online. But they have low fees and the interest rate on every day accounts are good.       Full review

      There used to be no ATM fees regardless of the ATM used. Now I have to pay to use non-AMP affiliated ones. This now makes them like every other bank and credit union and therefore disappointing.       Full review

      The only difficulty I have experienced with this product happened a few years ago when my ATM card was damaged and there was not a Perth branch that I could attend to cash a cheque instead. That would not be a problem today, as I have been advise...       Full review 

      The only difficulty I have experienced with this product happened a few years ago when my ATM card was damaged and there was not a Perth branch that I could attend to cash a cheque instead. That would not be a problem today, as I have been advised there is now an AMPCU branch in Perth.

      No branches. I was told I could deposit and withdraw at Australian Post Offices- but that is false. It's very hard to deposit any money unless it a direct transfer. Their fees are very high if you have a payment bounce ($40, like Suncorp).       Full review

      I can use any ATM with no charge, free cheque books, and AMP have even covered amounts when I haven't had enough funds in the account. I would highly recommend AMP as I have been with them for 10 years now and never had a problem with this savings...       Full review
