    I think we all need to read the fine print a little better. When applying for credit cards always ask them for their best rate as I received a small reduction on the interest rate when I asked why they were offering new customers a transfer rate o...       Full review 

    I think we all need to read the fine print a little better. When applying for credit cards always ask them for their best rate as I received a small reduction on the interest rate when I asked why they were offering new customers a transfer rate of 0% for 6 months and offering nothing for their existing customers. No real answer to this but they did offer the discount which I obviously took hold off. All credit cards are too high but what do you do?

    I have had no problems with this product and have had help when ever I have needed it. I have been contacted when my card was being used by someone else and they thought it was odd so rang to check if I was using it. I would like to have a rewards...       Full review

I have been contacted when my card was being used by someone else and they thought it was odd so rang to check if I was using it. I would like to have a rewards program with the card would be the only thing I don't like and maybe I will contact them and ask about it.

    ANZ offers a great rewards program with their frequent flyer credit card. We put all the family expenses and spending on the card and get a $1000 of rewards each year! The fees are reasonable because we have all our loans and general banking with them, it is just one overall fee. The CC interest rates are very high so this really only works if your paying off all debt by the 45 day interest free period. Customer service has been fantastic, all over the phone or internet. They answer calls promptly and if unable to answer my questions they call me back later, which is fantastic with two little kids running around under my feet.
